Fossil Bay Expands Services to Nurture Little Ones Under 3

We are thrilled to announce our latest offerings catering specifically to children under 3 years old. The introduction of these new programs aims to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for the youngest members of the community. Here's a sneak peek into the exciting additions coming to Fossil Bay in 2024.

1. Kindy for 2-Year-Olds: A Homely Haven for Early Learners

The highlight of Fossil Bay's expansion is the introduction of a Kindergarten program tailored for 2-year-olds. Commencing in February 2024, this initiative promises a homely, creative, and inspiring learning environment designed exclusively for toddlers. The space for these little learners is separate from the older children, ensuring a focused and age-appropriate atmosphere.

With high teacher-to-child ratios, a beautiful natural setting, and a commitment to a screen-free environment, Fossil Bay's new nursery is a special place like no other. Following the principles of the Steiner teaching philosophy, the daily activities include circle time, play, bun baking, story time, and nap time.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 2.30pm

2. Baby Circle - A Supportive Community for New Mothers

For mothers with babies aged 0-1, Fossil Bay is introducing the Baby Circle. This community is a space for fostering connections, engaging in insightful discussions, and sharing the joys of motherhood. Guided by Karianne, a midwife with experience in the Netherlands, this group meets every Friday from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm.

3. Playcircle - Fun-filled Sessions for Parents and Caregivers

Following the Baby Circle, parents, grandparents, and caregivers with babies and toddlers are invited to join the Playcircle. Sessions on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am include baking buns, singing songs, exploring indoor and outdoor play, and captivating puppet stories.

4. ThulaMama Singing - A Musical Bonding Experience

A new addition to Fossil Bay's offerings is ThulaMama Singing, providing mothers with babies from bump to crawling a beautiful way to connect through singing. No singing experience is needed; just a love for singing to your baby. Led by Lauren from ThulaMama, these sessions take place every Tuesday from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
