About Fossil Bay Kindergarten & School: Fossil Bay provides kindergarten and primary year education based on the modern Rudolf Steiner curriculum, that is unhurried, screen-free and has small class-sizes. Kindness, creativity and focus are at the heart of what we do, which results in tamariki who are low-anxiety, confident and thrive both academically and socially.

About You: We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in working with young children, ideally in a kindergarten or early childhood setting. Having knowledge or experience in Steiner education will count as an advantage but is not a requirement for the person with the right heart and experience. The successful candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to connect and collaborate effectively with tamariki, colleagues and parents.

About Waiheke: Fossil Bay Kindergarten & School is located in Oneroa on Waiheke Island. Waiheke Island is in Aotearoa's Hauraki Gulf, renowned for its idyllic beaches, vineyards, and charming coastal towns. A short 35 minute boat ride from the Auckland CBD.
